Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather (hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, or other dangerous conditions), The Rovervelt may adjust operating hours or temporarily suspend drop-off and pick-up services to ensure the safety of pets, staff, and pet parents.
Pets currently boarding will continue to receive full care from our 24/7 on-site staff. We will communicate any schedule changes via our Facebook page and by phone.
Please plan ahead during hurricane season and contact us with any concerns.
